I'm definitely thinking about it. From the sounds of the discussion-board, it appears some very big-hitters will be arriving this year. My only beef is that two of my favorite tracks Laguna Seca and Sears Point are not on the schedule. I absolutely kick butt at Sears Point!

The other issue is the co-driver. No jokers allowed like last year. I've got one hotshot kid I've been going to the tracks with and he's awesome. Smooth, fast and makes it look easy. He's only a second off my times on a bone-stock '91 MustangGT. Last time we were at the Streets of Willow course, he beat all the C5-Corvettes out there! Only problem is the OTC is right before is finals schedul at UCSB....

.... we'll see... Any professional drivers out there want to drive for room & board? Pizza's and beer? Chics?

Do you AND your co-driver need to log track times? Or can just use the "co-driver" on road stages and be an assitant/Crew Chief/GoFER?

PS.. Where the chics??? I might enter my 944... Chics dig red & white Normally Aspirated 944's!!! ... Or least I hope so!

There are plenty of chics...mostly in vegas...one of our comeptitors is the largest producer of pornographic videotapes in the world...his entourage is usually quite ridiculous.

A normally aspirated 944 is a pretty good choice for the touring classes, particularly if you get the weight down.

Finally, the event is run F1 qualifying style...you have 4-5 sessions each day to lay down a time. Co-drivers may, but need not compete.

We'd love to see another Rennlist team this year.

Is an SCCA racing license required? I have on track experience but no wheel-wheel 'racing'.
Thanks

Check out the discussions board on the <a href="http://www.opentrackchallenge.com" target="_blank">OTC website</a>.

I would love to see a grand-finale each day with a fun open-class wheel-to-wheel race! Purely for fun, no points, no competition, no egos (hopefully).
