Nice! What are you doing to connect the AOS and DV pre-turbo? Having a custom piece fabbed up?

Actually, wonder if you could use a different MAF (you said Rogue could adapt to different transfer functions) and put it in the IC pipe pre-TB and make it a blow-thru setup thus negating the need for one more connector pre-turbo. If the AOS could be vented to atm. and still work then you could get away with just a bent piece of silicone off the turbo with a filter on it.

Just thinking out loud I guess.

Scott from what I have found these cars like having the AOS having some vacuum to keep the turbo from smoking. It can be done though even without the MAF, I had ran a MAP setup for a little while with a tree pipe and a filter.

I'm sure Josh could set up a blow through MAF. I'd like to try it sometime.

Hey guys updated pics on the first page...

I will be using a MAF Tree pipe to connect everything that I purchased from Vette951s.
It's a complete 3inch pipe, so I will do a 2.5-3 coupler from turbo to pipe and a 3-4" coupler from the pipe to Lightning MAF.

The Tree pipe I purchased from Vette951s looks like it has the provisions for everything I need to hook up such as bov, aos, blah blah blah monkey blah

I'm still using the stock injectors and k26/6 for now. I have a k27 7200 cold side which I will make a k27/6 and will upgrade my injectors in the future (will need a re-tune from Rogue).

I have been considering simliar. Going from DV to BOV and bypassing the ISV and vent AOS so only a straight pipe is needed.

I've seen it done on a few cars but I never found out how they ran. I also considered this method just to make things a little less clustered under the hood. I'm just happy enough to get ride of the boat anchor that is the AFM lol. Sucker's like a brick, it has built in crime deterrent

As mentioned, the C-Tune is a per-basis setup... So it really depends.

Have you gone to his site? It's in his sig. A tune if you want to keep the AFM or M tune if you want a MAF. C tune appears to be for guys that already have some hard parts that they want to use.
From my understanding and from what others have experienced it will transform your cars drive ability.

And I'm not a current user just a happy observer!

*Update*

Hey guys I got my MAF installed in a temporary location (end of the j-boot) and I drove the car yesterday.. all I can say is wow. The car ran so smooth and the power was excellent this was definitely the best purchase I've made so far. Honestly 15psi with APE chips and then 15psi with Rogue's C-Tune are way way different. The boost comes in steadily and then if I floor it oh man it's almost scary, I might need an adult diaper for this.

I'm running into a few problems which may be related to the MAF's location, right now it's by the fans and all the heat in that area seems to mess with the sensor. I am finishing my install today since I received my MAF Tree pipe late last night, so we'll see if that's what's causing my issue.

Did you have a filter on it? If not it will run erratic at low loads. I just did a test yesterday and my filter is definitely robbing some hp. But without it on the idle was erratic. Just a thought.

Yep! I have my maf wrapped with fine screen mesh. Filters fine, keeps erratic issues at bay and flows much more than cone as I had to richen up my mixture for the swap.

This method also allows my maf to be right up against the fender hole for CAI.
