I have a Friend who is a graphic artist and we were playing around with the Vintage "Gulf" logo........below is a early rendition.....the "951 font is not finalized.

Additionally, the way it is designed we can change the "951" to any Porsche Model # in about 30 seconds.

i say just use the font that the badges were done in for the "944", "turbo", or the sticker that was on the "924S". you know for a "factory" look.

dont know what program your friend is using, but im sure he can find and download the porsche font somewhere on the inter-web.

the gulf logo is also cool and retro. try a "martini" inspired design? or "rothmans"?

But if there is a Rennlist and Gulf inspired 951, I say you contact Slantnose and inquire about and use something, or something similar, from Marc's car too.

Can there be a better Gulf 951 than that?

I have been thinking about " using " a similar livery, with some changes of course, for my 944.
