Paypal sent yesterday but apparently item was sold. You have PM. I sent the money choosing the Personal option on paypal so you won't incure additional fee/s at the time- please kindly do the same during the refuning process.
Thanks.

yeah ive had a few hiccups in the selling process. I think from now on if i have multiple interest in an item i'll give the first guy so much time to pay, then on to the next. I need a buy it now button!

Dan, you prolly already know this, but UPS will pick up a pile of stuff at your house for $6.00 They used to price it by the package. Now its "all you can eat" per pick up. FedEx does too, but I think they are pricier...

Problem is, no matter what happens, human nature is to see things from only the perspective of oneself. And that inevitably leads to issues when there is a supply of one.

I usually give 24-48hrs once I send a buyer my paypal address to pay for an item and tell them if they want to pay after that timeframe they must contact me prior to payment to make sure they are still available and haven't gone to the next in line. On rare occasions will I hold a part for a few days for some people unless there isn't much interest in it. I've been screwed over too many times selling parts waiting for people to pay and missing selling an item to someone else that had the money right away.

Selling stuff sucks because of this. And Dan, I know we PM'd over a friend of mine, but I figure I'll post this for everyone following. I've had similar experiences, on both sides. From the seller's perspective, it sucks because I've lost sales while waiting for someone to pay me - this just actually happened to me a month ago with soe interior stuff. OTOH, I've lost something I thought was mine while trying to work out the logistics of shipping (it was a large wing that had to go via freight or Greyhound). If you are looking to buy, ask for Paypal address, and as soon as you get a reply, pay. If you are trying to sell, tell the guy right away that first PAID, first served.

No worries here, Dan.

no ramius you got the fogs- i refunded Duc's payment. My apologies to him. The first day or two was very hectic on the computer and i was trying to PM people as fast as i could but they were coming faster than i could type.
