as long as the block you are putting it on has a sleeve sticking out of it where the OPRV goes then, yep, right one.
but yea thats the 3 piece OPRV and adapter for a 86 turbo, just changed finished changing that gasket today. oil in the coolant.
make sure you pick up the $20 alignment tool, a little bit of insurance is better than a seized motor.
do you have the outer nut/bolt that holds the OPRV spring? i don't see it pictured.

If you have an 86 Turbo housing on a pre 87 motor you can use the old 3-piece OPRV. Just make sure the piston or sleeve in the block isn't scored and use an alignment tool as suggested. Most folks change out to the 1-piece conversion OPRV for the early blocks though...less trouble.

really mixed up now. ok i think the 86 turb housing will come with oprv so if it does will jsut use it . you say alot of guys use the early oprv. so that means that one first as well? i read a post where they are different. looks like i am looking to far into this. ps whats the point of the oprv? and where does one buy the tool from?

If you have an early block and 86 Turbo oil cooler housing you can use the 3-piece. The housing will accept any style OPRV, it's the block that determines early or late style. You need the alignment tool for the 3-piece style or it can bind and cause either low or high oil pressure problems. Pelican sells the alignment tool.
Clear as mud right?

As an FYI for anyone reading this thread, if you run an early housing on a late block, you may have to space the OPRV back. I ran into this with my car and used an extra sealing washer. So far no leaks after torqued to spec.

yup i think i read ur post about that thanks for sharing.
another question guys my understanding is that the OPRV regulates oil flow. does this mean oil from the cooler or just in general oil flow?
as you prob know this is going into a n/a motor. my plan was to get a aftermarket oil cooler down the road and just get correct fittings and lines to go into the 951 housing(no oil filter sandwich plate). but till then since I don't have that gear yet. should I just cap shut the 2 ports? or is it better to loop a piece of lets say 6" hose?
