So I went to install it last night and found that one of my bearings is "Sticky"....grrrr!! Ordered a new bearing and now have to wait until this weekend to put it back together.

I also picked up a spare fork off ebay before we did the mods to my fork. Anyone want an "upgraded" fork;-)
