i'm actually being real lazy, im about to go down and retest the 12v ignition lead to the starter and if it checks out good then pull the starter and see whats up.

pretty sure the starters cooked. or atleast on its way out.

pulled it out and bench tested it, hooked it up directly to my battery charger and connected the big + terminal on it with the small + terminal, wouldn't turn at first, wacked it with a hammer a few times and it finally started to turn real slow, then id stop and retry it, and only every once and awhile it would start on its own, it would usually take a few hits with a hammer to get it turning.

so where can i order a new starter at a good price? thanks!
