this will flow better than a stock intercooler, correct?

i feel like with placement of this and the similar cooling area compared to stock you'd see better numbers, both in ic temp and flow, may be worth some r and d on my part.

Yeah it seems like a lot of custom work for not much gain. The end tank mods would probably accomplish the same thing and be a bolt in. Would about a water sprayer for the inter cooler using something like this.

I was thinking about a wet intercooler and a big rad in the back of the car with vents in a lexan window or something. But why bother ..

If you can find a nicely sized one for just as cheap let me know! All I could find was this size and then another that was too big for our front bumpers.

Yeah water to air is mostly good if you do a lot of city driving or need a inter cooler for a custom install. I am considering it for my Turbo Tercel. Don't want a front mount cause it's a Tercel, looking for 230 hp at 2100 lbs should be fun!

one of those water cores in the place of the old air box then cool the water in the standard intercooler would be CRAKA LACKIN .
i had a good one set up in my Ol beema but i had to run 30% ethaline glycol as i was chilling running the cooler down to -10C with a propane converter.
you can use an AC condensor to coll the fluid also ..

i was planning on using an awic from a jaguar xjr on my sc project but i may not end up using it for cost reasons...id sell it to someone if they were interested and made a good offer...i have cut off the 6 jaguar runners, nothing else.
