Just a little ot.
When you guys do any TIG welding on anything that you can't get to the back side of,purge the back side with argon to eliminate oxidation of your welds. Do this by sealing all holes with tape, punch a pen size hole in one end and purge from the other end. Use about 10lb of purge pressure ,make sure that you don't have a build up of pressure,if you do, your vent isn't large enough. You just want an even flow of argon on the back side of your welds.
Only posting this because I see quit a few guys starting to TIG weld.
Enjoy !

started welding, headers came without opposing flange... living in norway that kinda sucks guess its my fault for not asking htough, ohh well orderd something I think will fit, waterjetting something or cutting is an option, but I'll probably just weld v-band to it then if it doesn't fit.
sooo could only weld some small stuff and do other small mods as I need to pull engine to put headers in, and im not doing that until Im sure I dont need to resurface or weld on them again
end is 90x120mm oval

Yeah, I've only done TIG. I may have MIG'd once or twice but that always ended ugly so I didn't waste my time. TIG'ing is the only way to go in my opinion for car related activities. It's addicting really.
