Thanks John, it didn't take as much time as I thought it would which was a real bonus

that is on my list of things to do to the new car!
Go for it Dan you will never look back mate and these roof skins can be found very cheaply from early 944 N/A's

Expect to pay between $100 and $200 tops for a nice one from a wreckers yard plus $400 for fitting plus the paint so all in for $800 to $1000.

I saw a martini themed 944 at the ring this weekend, with what appread to be D9 headlights!

Where is the Duetsch9 shop? I would be interested in seeing some the shop. Are you guys open on Saturday mornings?

Oh, Mark and Beni - fanastisc work with the car. But you shouldn't even have mentioned 944 and widebody... can't get it out of my head now
