Default I will have to recind my membership...

... in the three liter registry. Took out number one rod and piston, crank is gone, sleeved block is gone.
I'll probably be looking for a good stock long block, '87 or up, in a few weeks.
Time to go home and drink.

On the track, race one on sunday, I check the oil before every run,
no oil pressure warning light before, just a big puff of smoke out the hood vent, then it sounded like a diesel that hit the engine brake, pulled the cut off switch and coasted to the exit road.
Someone is selling a Milledge long block in the classifieds,
anyone know anything about it?

I bought an engine from him before and it was as advertised. He strapped it down and I arranged for a roadway pick up. Can't speak for the engine he is selling right now. I'll have a complete 87 running engine if I ever get time to pull it, trying to finish my car before I tear another one down.
