I am a bit Confused as that is exactly where I would not want one to be lightened.
Did this come that way from spec, or was it otherwise modified?

I am getting ready to pickup a stage3 hybrid spec setup myself, and expect 400 whp on E85.

Greatly appreciate you sharing
I did get the lightweight option and it was not modified. I'm not sure if that's what the holes are for.
I don't think you should have any trouble with 400 whp.
I was running lots of boost and drag radials on a very sticky surface when clutch started slipping.

I might try the kep 2 and 6puck disc like Sid suggested, everybody seems to have only good things to say about kep. I just hope the pedal isn't too hard.
My clutch only had like 5k miles on it but I did abuse the crap out of it.

This is probably the best setup. The Kep 1 is pretty strong. I think my Kep 2 is pretty heavy.

beware the dreaded clutch fork break..... for some that seems to be the price of admission with that setup

thanks for the info on your spec - I will chat with them to ensure I do not get a pressure plate with holes machined in the mating surface.

Weird, I have a Stage 3 lightweight and no holes. I've seen a few Spec clutches and never seen a hole'd PP before.
