Well...my whole brilliant idea of using oil dye to attempt to discover the source of my oil leak seems to have failed miserably...Apparently the oil I chose to use for break in has a certain amount of luminance to it. I don't know if I ever even saw the dye...
At least I know that the lower balance shaft seal housing is not leaking. There was absolutely no oil in/around the o-ring area.
Let's hope that I can get this fixed soon!
On the bright side, I found out I can break loose 275s in 1st gear at less than 7lbs of boost!
Time for a wider contact patch in the back. Go with 11" wide in the rear with 295s or 305s section width rubber should solve that problem.
On the back right now are 18x10s, and I like how they fit and fill out the rear wells. Don't feel like having to deal with possibly running into issues running the wider set-up and plus I really like my wheels!

I know how you feel. But with the 3.1L that's easily 400+ wtq right there all the way through 4th so how ya gonna keep that in check and still enjoy the car. I think yours is an S right so you should have lsd but still a torque monster. Make sure the car is pointed straight I guess and go with some boost/rpm limited boost controller...Any way, get it tune and a dyno it. Would like to see some nice tq numbers!

Plus you'd have to get new Cup I's and get them painted...
