Default what's the going rate for...

Alrighty.

I have an 87 951, excellent exterior and interior. Has choice modifications like koni yellows, 951MAX chips, and a Tial 38. Including all receipts from the past 2 owners and myself

There's a resident 951/944 nut near my town. He wants to buy the car off me to fix up and sell. I recently blew the headgasket.

He told me to come up with a price, what on earth would this car be worth? Sorry for not posting any pictures, but if you guys could just start sending me in th right direction, that would be great!

Thanks

sounds like a 5k car but if you put 250 into a headgasket you could get 10+

Thanks, the car only has a tick over 100k. I'm just trying to come up with a figure that this guy and myself can hopefully agree on...

Sounds about right to me.
Broken 951s are a buyers market

+2
fix it and you have something to sell
leave it broken and someone else is factoring in a risk premium when buying

I would say it is a $2500 car in it's current condition and about $6500 if fixed....

Hey guys, thanks for your responses. I sold the car today. I really wanted to fix it up, but have ZERO time with school, entering my last semester. Plus I don't know where I'm going to be next year
