Measuring range: 15...1000 kg/h
is that high enough?

1000 kg/h is very close to the factory AFM. Is it enough? It depends on how much HP are you making.. Many factors must be taken into calculating the kg/hr vs. hp potential. As a rough estimate, 1000kg/hr will support approx 320-340bhp. before it maxes out..
In your case, you can measure the MAF voltage under load to see if you are hitting 5V.

Sounds like John is onto something here. By the list of mods on this car I'm sure that 320bhp is being exceeded. Well spotted John.

But what about our headgaskets that are getting ruined by what appears to be an abrasive movement? There is no sign of knock on the pistons either. It just looks like there is minor headlift and the cylinders are able to vibrate even to a very small amount, therefore 'rubbing' away at the headgasket and eventually breaking the seal.

We are definitely seeing this on a repeated basis. On more than one car too. My best 'guess' is that our timing isn't overly aggressive based on John wanting the motor to last longer than a few laps.
I'm not sure if Sean has any pics of the headgaskets? I might at home. If I do, I'll post them.

The vibration is also a problem like you say, especially at the 2,5. That I could see at my old 2.5 vid MLS. The theory is that is come with higher revs. A 3 liter is better and a Darton sleeved best so far to prevent this.
You all should glue the headgasket no matter what gasket you need. It will prevent small water molecules to come between and that then is make the gasket locally lift. I use Loctite on spray. Maybe it helps to fixate the gasket some to and prevent extra movement.

About tuning (ign) issues... of course when you lower ignition you also lower the power, the difference is huge. Lower ign>less heat>less hotspots>less problems>boaring car...

whats the opinion on copper head gaskets with oring compared to MLS ???
coper sort of requires o ringing but as coper is ultra thermo conductive it would perhaps equialise the temp between the top of the bore and the head ...

Have you guys who have now run E85 for a long time noticed any unwanted side effects such as corrosion of fuel lines?
Are there any particular parts in the (stock) fuel delivery system that may need checking before filling up with E85 for the first time?

I always use Redline additive for alcohol fuels. No problems if this is used.

All on the street:
I've been running 18psi for over 6 years and never an issue. The only problem I had was highway runs (4th/5th gear) in the winter a while back and was boost creep due to cold to about 20psi and the only problem was injectors were maxed so it went very lean and hg went.
I ran 20psi for about 6 months and never an issue till a run with a crotch rocket and was deep in 4th gear and had some head lift, but no hg failure. Rogue says prob due to, as mentioned in here, too much advance in the peak tq range which is in need of adjusting.
So now I dialed back to 18 again and no issues.
