Fuel maps can be the same (target AFR). Timing needs to be changed. At least a blanket increase of 3degrees or so.

hows the work on that FQS mod coming?

oh, and should afr be richened when approaching the torque peak or when boost is starting to come on? i need to know since basically i will be hitting max boost almost off idle, but with the NA cam the torque peak is about 3000.

Your AFR should be richest at peak-torque...
But you should also be enriching the AFR w/ boost.

Adam, from what I've seen my EGTs are usually 50degrees F or so lower then when running gas.

Spencer, in TunerPro, click on the tools->preferences then click on the 'reverse rows' checkbox.

That will make your table a little easier to read.

With your setup, anytime you are in the WOT table, you can pretty much assume full boost, except really low RPM...
In the WOT table, I would use:

480 to 1000 : 12.8
1280 : 12.5
1600 : 12.0
2000 : 11.5
2480 : 11.0

Looks good from there, except for 6240. Keep that at 11.5, just like the 6000rpm cell.

Remember, better to be a little safe and start rich. Especially with E85, as power doesn't nose-dive like gas when rich.

flipped it over and made the WOT changes.

hows part throttle look to you? as i get to 40%+ throttle im starting to enrich it because the vacuum bypass valve will be ready to open a bit and air will go through the blower. under 40% or so it will be just basically cruising

Looking good - one more change for the WOT table, I you want a bit smoother transition from one cell to the next. So in the 5520 cell, I would have 11.3 or so.

Remember the axis for the PT table is 'load'. Basically airflow / rpm. (I'm working on a better representation in TunerPro)
Again, you don't want significant changes between adjacent cells. Using the 3-D visual is great for identifying peaks and holes. Also, why so rich down at the lower-left? I would make those cells the same as the 960 row.

the lower left as you see now is actually LEANER than the stock values..i didnt understand it either but left it alone because there must have been some good reason for it. but i guess at that low of rpm/load that much fuel isnt needed.

Looking better, though I still see a few oddities such as 6000rpm x 32.3% cell.
