**** I was wanting to also run e85 though and dial up the boost some.

would all out race fuel be better. I was going to use the e85 as a cheep race gas and SLOWLY play around with the boost levels.

is this a good idea? Should I bite the bullet and put in c16 for my glory run?

holy crap look who it is!! how the hell you been man?

thanks I think the wheels will look good too. I would very much so like meth injection. That would have to be something down the road though.

if e85 is not safe for higher boost in what I was trying to do. Then i'll put in some race gas just for now and call it a day on everything else.

This car is going to see nothing but, pump fuel anyways 90% of the time anyhow.

E85 is quite fine for high boost. A few months ago I accidently pegged my 30psi gauge when my wastegate line came off. Still had very minimal knock, and no issues with my motor.
Daily setting on E85 is ~24psi.

I'm just going to have to play around with it. I've been alot of research past couple of days. John has written me two e85 maps for his latest software. I'm just going to have to take it slow on the dyno and go from there. Aparently the air/fuel readings are of a completely different ratio than conventional fuel. 9.7 versus 14.7.

I'm sure it works extremely well as i know of a bunch of cars tuned here using it. I'm just going to have to play around with it.

when you say 30psi you must be talking about a tiny tiny turbo. You running a 26?

Not with almost 400whp I'm betting. Check his sig John. E85 will allow you to run much higher boost than pump but of course be careful with your new toy.

Yeah for sure. So you going to pick it up soon? It's a nice feeling when you're going to collect them.

No - on my K27.

Also, the A/F Lambda values for MBT (Mean Best Torque) are actually quite similar for E85 and Gas, and of course stoich is the same. The scale is different, however most guys simply use Gasoline scaling, since it is familiar.

Yep - going a GT35R 4" anti-surge housing, and .82 A/R turbine housing w/ k26 style flange. Should be nearly a bolt-on affair with the drain flange adapter, smaller alternator, aftermarket intake manifold, and a little pedestal grinding...

Just got to get back state-side... expect some major updates from me around the end of the year, I plan on really pushing the GT35R hard.
