Boost meter wont move.

Default Boost meter wont move.

I have two meters. Boost bar wont move on either. Any ideas.

vacuum source is disconnected.

It is very probable that the clear line was used-that is the factory vac/boost signal to the klr.

where do I find this vacuum line under the hood. I pulled out my cd player to follow it but I cant follow it.

It connects to the manifold via a banjo bolt between number 3 and 4 runner

either not boosting or a hose is disconnected.

fix the hose, trace it to find a leak... but most likely, I'd say you should check the vac lines going to the KLR. it is under the carpet in the passenger side footwell. that's what I tapped into when installing my boost gauge/ boost controller. with that, if it's broken or disconnected, it should be easy to repair.
