Howdy all, project update...
Hi there!
I'm an old time Rennlister, and wanted to poke my head in to say hi, and give everyone an idea of my current 'project' which is nearing completion.
Take a 1990 944 S2 Cabriolet with a blown engine, and a turbo-s doner engine from a 44k mile car along with all the factory parts for the whole drivetrain. Mix well for a few months in the garage between work and taking care of the kids... And...
I have what I'd call an 'almost' factory conversion to a 944 Turbo Cab. Triple black. All that's left are a few wires, fixing my driver's side marker lights which are dead for some reason, and then on to body\cosmetics!
I hope to be driving her in the next month or so.

LOL.
Eventually she'll be built out similarly to my good ol 86 Turbo (426hp/427tq) but till the funds accumulate more, and I get to drive her more, she'll stay stockish.
Of course, when I hear of a good deal on something (hint hint, you know who you are... CW), I may move faster.

Ok, I'll try to get some pics this coming friday when I have a working from home day on me at work... She's not much to look at yet, but I'll see what I can do.
