okay heres what i am getting let me know if i am missing anything or hardware:
Oil Pan Gasket
Oil Pan Gasket Retaining Bracket
Rod Bearing Set -standard
Crankshaft Seal Rear (rear main seal)
Wheel bearing kit
Redline Moly Grease CV-2

AOS seals - you'll need one small one and one big one
Get the Porsche rod bearings from Sunset imports aloing with new rod nuts
You'll need assembly lube to coat the rod bearings with
I would jet hot coat the headers, crossover, and downpipe as well as the turbo hot side
If you track the car at all baffling the oil pan wouldn't be a bad idea

The AOS or Air/oil seperator (place where you add oil) attaches to the block near the bottom and near the top. Takes 3 min to change the o ring at each spot so go ahead and do it. They are orange and about the size of a milk jug cap.

I bet somebody has a Baffled OP they would sell you.
I am in the process of doing this. Actually putting the engine on the stand tonight.
I highly recommend going about it this way. I have found soo many little issues that had I not done the engine pull I would never have noticed.
That is the O-Ring under my turbo. Apparently it was installed wrong or something but that is what it looked like when I pulled the turbo off on Satruday.
I have not ordered any parts yet as I have no idea what all I will need.

typically the cork gasket on the back of the cambox needs to be retightened-snugged up- after a few hundred miles of replacing it. Every motor ive ever put together i needed to retighten that even when i put lock tite on it- because it compresses. It will leak down the back of the motor and sometimes looks like a rear main seal. I'll bet you yours is loose if you check it.

okay the only thing i cant seem to find is the AOS seals i am buying everything from paragon if someone could send me the link to where it is on their website that would be awesome.
