Default New rear coil over option

Edit - Looks like $650 actually gets you only one side..so unless your doing Nascar oval courses, you may want to spend $1300 for both sides!

Not sure if anyone has seen this yet.. Koni shock, lower shock mount, spring and adjustable perch for $650.

http://www.ground-control-store.com/.../II=749/CA=159

Figure if you factor in the cost of the 'hack saw' converted front Koni's with adjustable spring perches, your looking at around $650 + $650 for the rear coil over. You now have a full coil over setup for well under $1500, though within a few hundred bucks of the Bilstein Escort Cups.

Also now available are double adjustable front coil overs with a all new strut housing.

Nice to see our 20 year old cars are still getting new products!

If priced per pair then a good single adjustable option, otherwise Paragon for Koni double adjustable, RE upper/lower mounts, Hypercoil springs for the extra buck ninety five.

With that racer's edge bottom mount you can use lots of different options. Ideally you would convert the top to 1/2 too on the car and then you are money. I am using bilstein escort cups. The adjustment is lost on me and I can almost guarantee outside of the fastest 944 driver out there, there will be very little advantage over me with those coil-overs.

Jon, IMO the bilstein escort cups are the best value out there, perfect right out of the box.
Don't make a mistake with the Koni crap.. I went down that road..

I just called ground control and they said it was the price of the kit, so that means both sides. I even said "so both sides?" and he responded yes.

nope he said its a kit, so it includes both side. Feel free to call them up, very nice guys there at ground control.

It says right in the first sentence "we have been offering this KIT for years", Kit isn't one strut. Think about it, koni shocks are only 140-160$ for the rear, so thats 300$ for shocks, 350$ for coil overs. makes sence

Oh my, nice find indead, thanks Techno Duck and TurboX for making the call.
Wormhole, what do you mean by " Don't make a mistake with the Koni crap.. I went down that road.." please elaborate, did you experience a specific issue with a Koni product?
