ok so i got the brakes bled out at all four corners. Nice pedal finally now. Put the rear coilovers back on - had an issue w/ the new RE mounts- i either need shallower bearings for the shocks or a longer bolt for the mount- preferrably shallow bearings- or i can leave out the conical safety washer we'll see. Put everything back together. Still too much camber in the ps rear so i put on Josh's wheels on the back and drove it around abit. She is really not ahole lot different than before but you can feel the spring rate in the back slightly more. Hopefully now i'll be relying on the springs in the back to work instead of the damper adjustment on the coilovers themselves- i had them tight to balance the car out til now.
Anyway its all good- short shift rocks!- pulled it back in and started ripping the motor down. Didnt get real far but far enough. Looks like i'll need some new wires as my magnacores looked pretty ragged and the boot on one was ripped so i tore them out and now they are junk.

it was ok to install - easier if you pull the ds axel- but mine for some reason was too long to fit into the shift linkage and i had to whack 1/2" off the end of it to fit. Make sure you use some loctite!
ok so list of stuff i ordered tonite
std bearings - rods
rod bearing nuts x8
pauertuning fuel lines
QA1 lower shock mount bearings- again!
need to find- ignition wires- not sure if i want magnacores again or something nicer.

ok so i did alittle bit more work tonite. Started out by pulling the exhaust which- if you ever pull a LR exhaust i suggest doing it after removing the rear section- even after i pulled the DP studs i couldnt get it to come out so i removed the rear section and it dropped right out. Im going to have to come up w/ something more creative to keep the heat off of the oil pan since its right up against the front section after the DP. I may just flatten the pipe slightly to create a small gap.
After that things went alittle more quickly....

yeah i think i started working on it about 6:30pm and had it this far by about 11pm but i had to start the fire in the woodburner and take a few breaks here and there for caffine. Prob about four hours work total - most of it spent on getting my LR exhaust out what a pain. Had to remove the studs from the DP. Also found out that two bolts from my wastegate were missing-no wonder my wg was so loud!
