Default Anyone ever ship a shortblock overseas?

im selling a short block from the parts car and have an inquiry to ship it out of the country. Any suggestions? I tried BAX global and they only ship for companies w/ accounts. Im sure FedEX or someone would be ridiculous expensive...

yes fedex would be rediculously expensive.. I can't think of a company who could make it worth it..unless you can find someone with a boat but then you're talking 3-4 weeks ship time. Thats a tuff one any way you want to go.

The blocks I have bought from the US came UPS. Make sure you crate it as otherwise it WILL get damaged.

Check with an outfit call Concordia. (I am too lazy - do a web search!)
I have used them to ship stuff to Australia
You will need to make a good crate!

well I did it And anything under 600 is a bargain the thing that blew my budget was everyone who touched it put a few hundred on it road freight customs ( declare no more than $1000)the best solution is have the Aussie go see his local USA V8 wrecker and have it put in there next container .

And please please tell me who was $366 that is incredible .I'll be on a spending spree

$366. Please tell me who with as this is super cheap! I'd want to firm that up based on what exactly they're offering but sounds too good to be true if it's all ok!
Actually come to think of it, is that by sea not air?
By air they slug us with Dangerous Goods tax too as it's been in contact with a petrochemical. Worth checking this out though.

That's $1,000 AUD... so for USD, best to keep it in the $800's to allow for exchange rate variations.
