I spoke with Kevin, it seems the hosting company has a limit of 1000 email relays per day. They exceeded that limit, so about 300 people got that message. He said they're going to increase that to 10,000 per day by tomorrow so maybe wait until tomorrow to try again. He also mentioned that they were going to manually verify all the ones that were blocked, so if you subscribed, you should be able to download the magazine tomorrow as well.
