haha cool, thats probably Patrick, a good friend of mine. Was his miata forest green with silver 17" wheels / tan top? He actually doesnt have the 944 anymore, he sold it a few years ago. He has been wanting another one though, hopefully a 951 if he can find a good deal.
He's actually the guy with the trailer that helped me pick up the white 944 last week!
The current owner of his old 944 still lives in Sanford though, and Im going to try to convince him to bring the car to our next 944 meet

nice! What condition is the car in? I know its a black 951, but to what extent is it a project car? I'm sure he'd be interested either way. Let me know a price and some pics if you've got a few, PM me if need be!

LOL!!! Well you know, I do own a Miata AND a Boxster so...Funny, Mr. Hall, somewhere I got the idea your first name was "Ed" too. Maybe I''ll just go back to using screen names, less confusing that way
BTW there is a PCA autocross at Sebring August 3rd in conjunction with the DE that weekend.

I saw a red one yesterday near the corner of Alafaya and 50.
Also tomorrow Im picking up some sway bars from a guy with a true euro-944 with like, 40k miles..
Alright guys so what sounds better for the next 944 meet... September 6th or 13th? Its going to be one of those two days.
We'll probably meet up somewhere near I4, and then take a 'back-road' cruise out towards the Mount Dora area where there are some nice winding roads. Then we'll get some lunch out there, do a photoshoot, and then head back! Sound like a plan?
Can we get the ball rolling or what?

I repaired my AC, and am now cool as a cumber so I can be there!
I should have the brand new champagne leather seat covers in, as well. I just need to find a local to re sew the two top stiches of the leather top back seats!
