I have Koni Yellows on my car and wouldn't change them for the world.
....then again, I sometimes get tired of going over a penny on the road and being able to tell if it's face up or face down.....

I'm hearing great reviews about the KW shocks. I'm currently using koni with my MO3O setup but hope to upgrade next year to the KW's - They are reputed to be light years ahead of the koni/mo3o setup.

i love my M474 koni's only thing i wish i could find is a place with a resonable price for replacement. or if koni had new updated models for the car. now as for the original question i would think that the problem you are asking about would be related to torsion bars too. not just shocks

What technology is KW using that is light years ahead? Based of their website they are twin tube shocks just like Koni's 944 application. Evidently they're made for KW by another manufacturer...AL-KO.

Agreed, 'Light years' may be a little strong. lol However with the high speed bypass valve they really soak up bumps and you don't have to worry about them being rock hard just to get good performance at the track yet undriveable on the road. The increase in traction is another thing that everyone who has them has remarked on. My Mo30 setup that had been modified more to give better performance at the track was crap compared to these. So all I can say is a real world reaction between the two. If you look at my signature, the components that I have including all the solid bushings would have made it impossible to use my Mo30's on the street, especially on R-spec rubber. Now I have no problems with compliancy.
From what I understand in fact KW manufacture parts for other makers so not sure about them being made by someone else in turn?
