Is this the black/metallic greyish car? I forgot what the proper name for that color is(meteor?). Looks good, are they going to pop out the quarter windows? As easy as they are to get out it would make for a much cleaner job around those areas.

no, local shop - family business and the owner promises a lifetime warranty - they've been in business for 32 years.

Yes, quarter windows coming out, ALL new weatherstripping, gaskets, felt, that bill was $1054 or something like that, with new stone guards, back decal, turbo script, and PORSCHE decal.

Meteor Grey metallic??

Now is the time to have the hood louvered, that is if Rhob wants.

I tell you David, if it was the track car getting that, it woud be louvered for sure.

I have do have the list in my email I think. We got it all from Pelican except the roof rail strip and windshield rubber - that had to come from Porsche.

Nice Bret...., I take it the roof drip mouldings came off easy enough...?

Once you see them off, it's like Doh.....!

You remember the door striker gasket, gasket for the door pull stops....?

Dark sealer'll cut down on rock chip visibility....!

Have fun,

T <btw-I have a new email, I think you were on the list that I sent it out to...?>

Hey, ski,
Would you mind sending the gasket/seal list as well? I will be starting on a replace project soon as well. I am just getting to many rattles in the doors and windows and the sunroof seals look horrible. Time to get the little frauline back in top notch shape. Gotta love her.
e-mail is: dneid@austin.rr.com
Thanks,
Dale

Terry, yes on the sealing rubber, honestly, I'll have to check on the door striker gasket, I think it was in there.

http://www.pelicanparts.com/catalog/...Body-Seals.htm

from right here, you can start at the top, add everything to your cart, then print it out. I'm going to chunk my POS scanner. I can't find it on email but I'll go through the list.

Yikes, just totaled up what it would cost to get all the seals I want. $684, I wonder if its worth it... I have a ton of wind noise as it is right now and I dont know if all 951s make the same amount of noise or I just have a ton of bad seals after 180,000 miles and 21 years
