yeah the later 951 have 2pc xovers and since yours is a later one you should have it. The early ones the wastegate elbow is part of the xover and not removable

Are you going to be doing this clutch job yourself? Have you ever done one before?
I'm curious because I think I have one coming up soon and I dont feel like paying 1500 in labor.

I'm going to do it myself, I did one on my 924S with the engine out of the car, so this will be my first time with the engine in... not looking forward to it, but, definately won't be paying $2,000.00 in labor (bills at 20 hours on a turbo)

well- you dont need to replace the gaskets on the wg pipe, mine is fine and i got it all used. Its not a paper gasket! Pull the pipe next to the cat, pull the wg w/ the small second crossover piece, do the clutch and then put it back together.

Same. Mines not slipping at all, but the pedal grabs at the top of its travel which apparently is a sign its on its way out.

Basically, the pedal travel is fine. the clutch still has plenty of material left. what it IS doing, the throwout bearing is making odd sounds that change pitch depending on whether or not the clutch pedal is depressed, and, the clutch pedal has varying degrees of resistance, and a "notchy" feeling to the pedal... apparently this is a sign that the throwout bearing is toast, and the grease dried up in the needle bearings in the clutch fork, thus binding on the pivot pin.
so the clutch itself is fine, the bearings to operate it aren't... and while I'm in there... I'll just toss on a new clutch, so it'll be a while before it goes, and I won't need to do this again for a LONG while.
