Needed: Little Plastic Tip That Connects Door Handle To Strike Plate
Anyone who has taken 944 doors apart knows about which I speak. Door handles have a metal rod that hangs down inside the door with a threaded plastic fitting on the end that snaps over a ball on the strike plate that latches at the B-piller.
I have somehow misplaced the plastic fitting from a set of script handles I've been hoarding over the years and it is now the only piece missing in my fiberglass race door build! Please PM if you have an extra one! I'll post pix of door build tomorrow. Pretty cool, really....except for losing the part that makes the door open when squeeze the handle.

Good luck getting one. I just waited about a month for my local speed shop to get one in stock from Porsche. They were back ordered. The good news is a new one cost about $1.56.
I had to open my drivers side door from the inside for about a month. A bit tedious on a daily driver...

I am willing to pay a member three times the factory price, plus a postage stamp, in advance (as long as the total comes to less than five bux.)
