Regarding the RH wheels:
Those rims were indeed RH 3.6 copies. The clearcoat was pealing on them and had some rash on 3 of the 4 when I sold them to a dude in Palos Verdes,. He contacted RH and come to find out, they discontinued this particular bolt pattern and switched to a pattern with like 4 more bolts so the guy couldn't just replace the outer rim-halves with new ones but would have to get them all refinished.
No doubt, those wheels attract a lot of attention.
This car was chosen as peoples choice winner at the 2003 Nor Cal Thanksgiving pizza run (a year or 2 before the Danno oil-pan incident). I've never seen a 20 year old linen interior in such good shape. Here is a pic from that run:

Hi Matt,
I'm the guy that bought your blingy wheels, if those are the ones that needed to be 'adjusted'.
I sent them out to a place in PA to be straightened, and then had them polished by Al Reed in SoCal when I was still there. Now I live in Nashville (work related). I still don't have them on the car, but I love them. Maybe this month. Planning on Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 225/40-18 front and 285/30-18 rear, if I can find the rear in that size.
Your dedication is inspiring.

Hey Rob!
Send me pics when you find rear tires and I'll post them to the thread. Everyone loves them big dubs!
Hope they are treating you well in Nashville. Lot's of great listers out there. What's closer to you, Road Atlanta or VIR?

WOW, congrats on getting your car back. Looks like it needed a lot of work, but you are doing a great job and I am glad that you didn 't throw it away like so many others.

Friday Update - Crush comes home
Happy Friday, Listers,
I was able to snap a few pics @ the shop yesterday while picking up the bumper cover on my lunch break so I thought I'd post. Here is a shot of the rear - overcast outside:
I had them just pin the fenders on for travel and plan on hanging them on the garage wall until all the mechanicals are all back together. Same with the bumper cover. This will really expediate the install of the motor, ect. and hopefully prevent me from dinging the still-soft paint. Here's a shot of the cover in back of my 4Runner.
Look, MA, . . . no rock chips!
I didnt get to see the car come home as I had a mountan bike ride set up w/ a group of guys after work. I called and asked my wife to take shots of it coming off the flatbed.
She thought I was just totally nuts, but obliged.
My plan is to work from the rear forward so hopefully I can get shots of the rear all together by next Friday. Might even have the motor in by then.
So, from one "Muthuh. . ." to all you "Muthuhs. . ." out there, Happy Mother's Day!
