To hit 200mph it will either take a ton of power or something like a 10 mile straight with not so much power!
In reality, it's going to take a ridiculous amount of power due to time constraints. You're not likely to have enough time to floor it and hit 200mph without either (A) getting caught by the cops, or (B) hitting a K wall on a track and flipping end over end 72 times because you're on stock brakes trying to threshold brake from 200mph into a 90 degree turn!
IMHO, 200mph on the street (pretty ridiculous to be doing on the street IMO) isn't realistic for anything except something like 800-1000+whp street cars as once they'd get traction, generally the sheer level of acceleration would get you towards 200mph pretty quickly so you can get back down to "normal" speeds that much more quickly. It's somewhat the same story on most tracks, as long straights are usually only so long.
Just FYI but, I've seen several dynos of CTR's in the past, and it seems they generally dyno close to the rated 469hp though at the wheels, so they are pretty underrated.

How many of you have taken your cars to 155+. It doesn't take 10+ miles. I do my 170 runs on a 1.5 mile stretch of straight highway. Going about 70 in third, I drop the hammer at the sign that says Exit 92 - 2 miles, and by the time I reach the bend before the exit - <.5 mile - I have already hit my top speed and came back down to 80 or so for the bend. My car is a measly 968 with only about 240hp. I can tell you a 951 I drive frequently I took to 130 on the drive home from picking it up and that was a matter of less than a mile, and I had plenty of power left.
If I had a long R&P in the 968, about another 100hp, and a little bigger ***** I feel confident I could easily do 200mph no problem. At 170 with no splitter, stock spoiler, coilovers, corner balanced, etc.. it was as stable as anything else I have been in at that speed. I didn't feel one bit worried other than the entirely excessive wind noise and the feeling that my windshield was going to blow through

The aerodynamics of the GT1 street favors high-downforce, high stability tracks like Nurburgring.
Ultimately, for a 'street car' manufacturers will compromise on the side of stability and safety. We saw this most recently the first series Audi TT, which was introduced without a rear spoiler. Soon thereafter, high speed runs on the Autobahn experienced 'severe' instability (the rear end 'went light') and there were two fatal crashes, among other incidents. It resulted in a full-model recall and retrofit of a spoiler, as well as some suspension pieces.
The salt flats at Bonneville would be the ideal place to test a 200 mph 951 run.
