"A lose-lose situation", meaning? People could die? If that is what you are saying, I agree with you totally. There are a lot of risks involved in street racing. But if you know Todd, this isn't an issue for him. But if you meant that post as a serious one of who would win? Well, sorry but that is a very blanket of a statement. Having owned several modified street bikes (ZX-11, R1, ZX7R - Muzzy bike), and raced some pretty fast cars too, I woud have to disagree, since you weren't specific. If I had a Saleen S7, would I loose against an R1? Hummm. Here are some stats for you to look at. I know Todd loves this stuff.

Here is a video of Dado from dtmpower.net racing his turbo BMW M3 against a Yamaha R6. The bike jumped on the start, but the M3 comes back to win. It says the boost was set at 17psi.

Aerodynamics on bikes suck... The faster the start the better off you will be. If you can stick with him till ~120 you will start pulling on him, especially if he isn't tucked perfectly.

Haha, theres a guy on here who rides an R6 and thinks he can beat ANY car he comes up against...too bad he's not all there (if ya know what I mean). Street racing is dangerous, but throwing a bike in there is even worse...if he messes up even a little bit...yup. But hey, I won't lie, I raced my friend and I did suprisingly better than I thought! We started from around 65 on the interstate, and we didnt break 110...well I didn't, he kept going.
