Hood Louvers are in( More pics added )
Found a local Custom Hot Rod Shop that can stamp hood louvers, so while the car is in my buddies bodyshop having the rearend damage repaired, I bit the bullet and had the hood stamped at a total cost of $30 !
I start paint prep for the entire car this weekend.

Location... well from what little info I could find on the net, most all say to have the vents start at the shock towers and go to the firewall for best exit flow.

Different to say the least.
Why none right behind the intercooler? Do them "reversed" so that the scoops go down towards the IC? Or are you planning to do an actual IC vent ala 968 Turbo S?

I think this will still help the intercooler flow with the fishgill effect drawing air out.

Would he be able to make some on a sheet of aluminum? I have a FG hood that I can cut to install the louvers (if made in aluminum).

Is there any specific press etc required for this so I can start asking the local hotrod shops?

The shop that did mine could do 1-5 inch wide louvers, I did the 5.
The underside is flat, will take more pics this weekend

I have a picture on my desktop from Porsche of a 968 turbo RS that does not have the hood IC vent. It does have the NACA ducts. LINK<-----
