Let me know if you would like one for sure, I'll be ordering sometime before the weekend.

Here is my shopping list:
Could you put me down for the Saturn studs as well? I am sure I will need them at some point.

For the NA, you need the header studs, copper nuts, then 6 of the header-crossover pipe bolts.
From there on, my exhaust was all welded together, so I don't know what else you need.
As for the saturn studs, that looks to be almost exactly as long as the stock studs. IIRC the stock studs have enough meat for 2 nuts, then some more sticking out after that. The saturn studs don't quite have enough meat to double-nut with the headers on. They must be within a couple mm of each other.

Ok guys, I'm still collecting orders and figuring out how many of each to order, for those of you who want NA kits and seperate bolts I will figure out all those orders as well. If you could all PM me with your exact needs, it would make it much easier to keep track of what goes where, and who needs what. I might X post this to the NA board when I come up with a kit for the NA as well, seems like there is a ton of interest in this so maybe if we can get a few more people involved, I might be able to cut the cost down some more. If you are planning on doing your header's as well make sure to note that you need the extra M8 copper nuts, and I can include those for a few extra bucks. The copper nuts are the biggest expense in the whole kit, but again, the more we buy the cheaper they get. (As a side note...if there is enough interest, I can try to buy the studs as well and include them, I do have access to a wholesale deal at the saturn dealer, but if only a few want them it might not save us any money, let me know)
Thanks for all the input guys!

Artie - thanks for all the work, I know I'll be using your results one of these days when I have the entire exhaust and turbo removed to replace. For now, don't worry about getting anything for me. I can pick up the 6 bolts I need locally.

That is a great plan. I wish you did this a year ago when I was assembling my 951. Unfortunately at this point, I am awaiting it's self-destruction, and when it occurs, the engine will be replaced with some american muscle, which probably won't take metric hardware.

Artie - I've been looking for that manifold to crossover bolt (M8x37mm), but I'm having a hard time finding the 37mm length. Were you able to source that exact length, or did you go up or down to 35 or 40mm for your kits?
I'm thinking that a 40mm would work ok, as the slight extra length shouldn't cause much more difficulty than the 37mm already does. What do you think?

As I'm looking at stainless bolts, I came across metric socket bolts - meaning you'd use an allen wrench. Wouldn't that work better for the header to y-pipe bolt? It would be much easier to get a normal L-shaped allen wrench on one end so you wouldn't have to squeeze a wrench in there. Torque would be applied by the wrench on the nut-end, the allen wrench should be able to hold the bolt still for an adequate amount of torque, wouldn't it? Does that make sense?
Also, I'm thinking about using all stainless socket bolts for my intake manifold too - those would hold up much better and look good for a long time... unless there's a Saturn stud that would work well there too
Edit: Does anyone have the thread length on those saturn studs? If there is 41mm of threads, I *could* use them for the intake...
