I don't understand the people asking for rail only...are you going to make your own hoses, fit your own damper, FPR? I doubt you could do it cheaper if you get 20 and get the GB done.
For stock set ups, your right. You can't beat the price. It great!

I only need the rail because I have custom lines (big ones) going from the rail to the tank. Its not a street mod.

Why? You started this.

If it's because I mentioned the "permission" thing...well that's the rules on this forum when products are purchased from non-sponsoring vendors, actually everyone requests permission for GB even from sponsors, it's called being civil. LR is one of my favorite vendors, see my sig? I did the last group buy on the rail, but I did it through the proper channels. If you would simply join...

Bret-

I think he just realized that his car would quickly become a smoldering piece of crap if he didn't act fast. Your help is still appreciated. If you want me to take over on this, just let me know.

I would take over the GB, but I only want to buy if we can get the price down to $450 or so.

Max, tell you what, I'll call Dave to see if he is in for sure, to get pricing or how he wants to do it. I'll email John D, as there seems to be some interest for this...if you will handle getting the names (full and rennlist user name) to Dave for people to phone in their orders. Report back as soon as I hear from John D.

John D emailed...

Bret, it was not your problem. Just like Max said, my car will soon burn to a piece of c r a p. My whole engine bay is flooded with gasoline. Have not been driven my only car for three weeks and I really need it running.
Now we suddenly get John's permission. Thank God that I had some delays in sending my order.
The Lindsey brothers seems to be pretty firm about 15% off. But I heard that they are willing to include some free stuffs if the order is large.
Heard that one possible free gift is Fire Sleeve.

See if you guys can get them further lowering the price, or maybe get a fuel pressure gauge included as well.
I cannot imagine how the whole rail system function without a pressure gauge. mm... maybe we can get discount on the gauge.

Max, thanks for taking over. As a non-member of rennlist and a non-native English speaker, I am having troubles organizing this GB.

Perhaps I can pay in full, get the rail first and get the discount refunded when the GB is complete.

According to DanG, it is $150 for rail material alone.
Assume making the rail cost one hour of labor = $80.
Lindsey sell their regulator for $170, assume its actual cost is $100
Take $30 for the three fuel lines and $30 for the six fittings.
Let's say $20 for the damper.

This whole list adds up to a total of $410.

Jesse, you what $450 for the whole kit, which is 25% off.
Do you think Lindsey will do the GB for such a low profit margin?

See. So my non-accurate estimated cost will get even highter then $410.
