WTB : 944 Turbo head.
Anyone have a spare head they wanna part with?
When replacing my turbo, Marc noticed some coolant collecting at the #4 intake port, he's thinking it might be the head, which is the only original 1987 part left in my car lol. I'm looking to put some cams in so might as well not chance it and replace the head with everything installed.
Symptoms are when I cold start the car, coolant is getting into #4, but goes away after it warms up (guessing metal expands and closes up the crack/leak). When removing the intake manifold, you can see the coolant collect at the intake port. It's very little coolant loss, maybe 0.5L every month? It's my daily driver again so I'm putting lots of miles on my baby again.
