this wasn't a hi speed crash, maybe 10-15mph if that.
it killed the p-car with minor damage to the suv.

correct me if i'm wrong but that looks like a median to me.

it looks like a typical hiway stop/go rush hour type rear ender and the other driver wasn't paying attention.

Sorry to hear about your accident. Maybe he was using that cell phone when he hit you. I had some A-Hole behind me this morning shaving and getting within inches of my bumper. Moved over and tried to tell him some **** as he went by but he was still too busy shaving to notice me.

I ran into a friend of a friend that used to play solitare when she drove.

I would have the car appraised, and go hire an attorney. The ***** that hit you should have to pay the difference between the insurance settlement and the actual value of the car.

Thanks Eddie, my shoulders and neck hurt a lot but I am staying home today I need to rest. Also I found out that the guy who rear ended me has insurance, hopefully I should be able to buy another 951 and buy a vitesse stg III kit. I think most likely I will part my car.
