No worries I don't mind being corrected (educated) but in my defence I didn't know the simple conversion to cut through the BS in what I was told so thankyou for enlightening me but I can assure you this is what I heard. Admittedly a Jap tuner who loves skylines is probably not a reliable (honest source) but the conversation went something like this...

me: "wow nice looking skyline how much power does it run?"
jap tuner: "1000bhp"
me: "really?!"
jap tuner: "well 980hp actually"
me: "jesus, how much torque do you get with a turbo like that?"
jap tuner: "only about 300. It's built for top end"

I then walked off contented that most 944's run more torque than that! but sadly I'm mistaken! Still after following a 550hp (claimed by owner. I won't be caught out twise in one thread!) I still reckon due to the style of power delivery meaning it will spin the wheels in nearly any gear when the turbo spools. A sorted 944 would give a higher hp skyline a run for its money! Perhaps I should call that an oppinion rather than a statement.

You would have to mod the down pipe flange as
the T3 uses a 5 bolt pattern flange. The other
option is to go for a KKK #8 hot housing which
will make it a direct drop in.

On the track, NO Way, but on straight line...WOW!! They will eat up the most fine tuned 1/4 monsters
Skylines not fast on a track??? I've seen one on the Nurgburgring and was quite impressed how fast it got around the track.

You might also have to take a look at this video. I don't think you will be able to touch this Skyline with a 951.

Amuse Supra vs. Mines Skyline

I would love to have a 951 that revs like this Skyline.

Wow Rob, that thing is fast! I've raced some fast cars, but damn, that thing spools up and revs like a bat out of hell! It would be very hard pressed to find a 951 that would "blow" that way on a full race course!

Anyway, thanks for sharing, that was great pal.

Sure thing...

Tial WG at SFR with adpater flanges to make it bolt on http://www.speedforceracing.com/prod...wastegates.php

Injectors best price ever is http://www.racetronix.com I suggest Siemens upto 72lb and Delphi after as they have a 6 pin diffuser plate so you get a wider spray pattern.

I had a stock and Lindsey Racing BOV and both could not expell enough air from my 60-1 turbo. I ended up getting the biggest bad boy on the market. Tial 50mm. I got it from http://extremepsi.com I am sure you can handle welding in a flange, if not... http://www.speedforceracing.com/prod...woffvalves.php

Huh? So you think the bumping was inappropriate? Interesting. Did Rolex get the same offer?

Horserum. No one wants to see you making a tool of yourself. Stop the personal attacks on this technical forum and PM me any issues you have, that way we will all be much happier, the general public wont have to read your nonsense, and I can ignore your messages...

I was told that anything larger than 55lb injectors were not a good idea on our cars. They said they would stall the cars out??? Not sure if I believe them but do you think the 57ld injectors will move enough fuel?
