Don, yeah the oil comes out, goes to the first cooler, then over to the second cooler, then back to the oil filter housing; used all AN/metric fittings.

I use the KISS kit. Temps at the track went from 250C to 200-220C in 100F weather. Works very, very well.

Very nice Ski, that was what I was looking for. How much more oil does the engine hold? And where did you get those lines? Thanks for the pics.

Ski, that's a great idea, I think I'm going to take the same approach. Did you happen to measure before and after temps? Curious what the temp diff would be.

No we didn't take temps since this was a dedicated DE car we just put it on. This setup was on the race car that we parted for a friend. Chris Cervelli used this setup on most of his 2.5 cars.

The fittings and line, a good source is Pegasus Racing. The temp probe, we put in the banjo bolt on the oil pan, which is one of the hottest spots. We haven't seen anything over 230-240 there, the laser temp has showed 206-212 mostly going back to the engine, and about 1 - 1.25 extra quarts of oil. The track car water temp runs really cool, we rarely see anthing even in the middle, mostly on the 1st white mark. I think this is mainly due to NOT blocking off the head plate at the back of the head, letting the water go back to the pipe over the manifolds, and then back to the water pump.

Will this be able to be done with the a/c condensor in place? I ask since I do not have a condensor currently but am in the process of reinstalling it...

I want to use this setup since I have a spare oil cooler lying around but I want to know if the condensor lines to the dryer and comp interfere with bolting the oil cooler like ski mentioned

Mounted as it in the picture on page 1, the cooler would be in the way of the AC lines. Might eve be in the way of the condenser fittings.
