Apparently......
1988 Ferrari 328 GTS (0-60) 6.7, (1/4 Mile) 15.0
1988 Porsche 944 Turbo (0-60) 6.6, (1/4 Mile) 15.1
1988 Porsche 944 Turbo S (0-60) 5.5, (1/4 Mile) 14.2
That's IF a 328 can make a 1/4 mile without dumping all its oil on the runway.......

The 328 is a great car, but nowhere near as fast as a 951S. Of course, if someone wanted to trade me a well maintained 328 for my 951S I'd take it in a heartbeat.

Data numbers are not everything.
Kept on neck and neck with my stock 951 last winter with a buddy's F355 spider in a straight line, he was impressed.
Never saw a 328 here though

A few years ago I posted a European Car magazine article on the 951S vs. 328. I don't have the link to it any more, but somebody can probably dig it up. According to the article, the 951S was faster than the 328 and held its own in the handling department.
