The stage 5 turbine trim is the size of the hotside fan. I was told from Turbonetics that there are three stages for the hotside, stage 1, stage 3 and stage 5. Differences is the stage 1 is the smallest turbine fans size and the stage 5 is the largest (lag). Naturally, the stage 5 turbine trim gives you more hp/tq at upper rpms, stage 3 is the in-between fan size (medium size) and stage 1 is smallest.

If you need exact sizes, i tried asking Turboneticsa and Innovative turbo, but they are not telling me unless someone here has them?

I measured the exducer diameter of my Kokeln Stage V and it measures aprox 2.5 in. This match the turbine size for stage V posted by Edman. Can you email me the Turbonetics pdf file? I’ll appreciate. Thanks.

If you hold down the Alt key while pressing Print Screen, then you will only get the current window, not the whole screen.

Hosrom, what's the hurry to upgrade the turbo? Have you considered chips and a stiffer spring in your stock wastegate? Gotta start somewhere!

Luis: Turbonetics needs ~4-6weeks to build that turbo, and another 1-2 weeks for it to arrive here.

Hurry nah.........stock turbo is great though not very efficient on higher boost levels........

I'll add something to that. Though there are a number of guys here, who have done lots of research, and personal testing, on various turbos, I'd venture to say that there are more who either haven't yet, for what ever reason, or haven't yet because they really don't quite know some of the "street wisdon" that you really can't get without a bunch of the posts here. I got a bunch out of this from a number of the usual suspects, fast 951, Chris White, Tony, Nz951 and a bunch of others. There money and experience, can save me a lot of time and money as a result of their real world info. You just can't get that from a brochure. That's what the List is all about. Sooo... Good post brother! just my opinion.
