What did you get instead?

Is the ARC2 in good shape? Was it sold by Huntley for a Huntley MAF equipped car?

yes to my knowledge it was from huntley because i have a huntley racing MAF so i am assuming that the arc2 is huntley also. It is in great shape i don't think there is any scratches since it has been in the glove department. i will take pics if u want them. Also all the lights light up on the arc2 and arm-1. i am selling cause i am going with a safc2

you do not need an ARC2 with the stock AFM. The DME will get crazy except if you disconet the wire from the AFM
You can just remap the chip on the stock car why do you want an ARC?

Ok, thanks Konstantin

I was just thinking to make fine adjustments without remapping the chips

Right, the ARC2 is a fuel controller that converts MAF signals to AFM signals for the DME right? unless you have a set of chips that you want to 'customise' mapping for.

remaping the chips is more accurate than play with three buttons.
You have 144 points to do that on the chip. With the ARC you go up or done in three groups. Actually you can use only one button

the first one is for idle only. (the chip has 5-7 points)
the second one for middle (Part throttle) (144 points)
the third for WOT (16 or 20 points)

The ARC2 (if connected properly) works with the AFM. I don't see the need for it, unless you want to do "minor" adjustments to your AFR.
