Unhappy

Hey Guys,

I talked to my dad and he is definitely wants to do it . . . BUT his turbo is on the way out, so I do not know if it will be fixed or still running or whatever. So I would put him as a "probably." How about some of the cats on the 993 forum? They seem pretty cool.

I just checked my exam schedule and I have exams EVERY Monday (plus some other days) following the listed dates. Ergo, I would not be able to make it until after my last final (Dec. 16). SORRY GUYS!

Sincerely,
j

(who is thinking that med school sucks right about now)

Ok I think December 4th is perfect for everybody.
It's a Saturday, if anyone has plans, let me know so I can come up with another date.

My friend with the Volvo won't be able to make it, but we still have more than enough guys.

1) Me (for sure)
2) Eyal (most likely)
3) Joseph (looking good for 2)
4) Lart and son (2 for sure)
5) Tb311 (for sure)
6) Claus (for sure)
7) Brendan (maybe?? Brendan, can you make it?)
8) Larry and son (2 for sure)
9) Joe Serio (for sure)

So we're looking at 12 guys if everyone on the list can commit.
I'll ask Injen if they'll offer an even bigger discount for 15/20 cars

Larry, the Group Dyno day is on SATURDAY December 4th, not Sunday the 5th(that's the Pomona car swap meat @ Fairplex)

Eyal, yes, it is a Dynojet.

Claus, the guy on the phone said the business is in a cul-de-sac, so there's plenty of room for you to unload there.

Turns out this shop is a performance "intake" system designing/manufacturing company for Japanese/American cars. They have many articles in ricer mags

If you have room for another car (993 C2S), I'd like to get in on this.

I want to have time to adjust A/F ratio between runs. Is the car run up to speed, removed from the dyno to test others and attached again later for another run, etc.? Or are the three runs taken back to back without time for adjustments?

I think if iam not mistaken you have to tune your car while attached to the dyno and do the adjustmens between runs.

OK, thanks. I have only had a dyno run one time and it was without sensors attached.
