No, just added a pump prime solid state relay. Brent will be doing some proper upgrades.

 

The car still has its original DME and KLR and only has an upgraded pump prime solid state relay installed as of now. Brent/Edredas will do proper upgrades.

 

So Brent (Edredas) has started prepping the car for a new Pearl white factory color paint job and installed a new nose panel as well as removed the original old side stone guard film.

 

Got little items installed that were missing. Car is being sanded down and smooth in preparation for paint. Also got a pair of sport seats that will be recovered in burgundy and looking for an LSD transmission to install as well. Will probably be upgrading the turbo to a evergreen raptor.

 

Car is prepped for paint. Doors coming off and remaining items. We will see how it comes out!

 

Anxiously waiting - any updates?

 

I stopped by today to see Brent. He prepped the car for paint but he no longer works with the paint shop he used to work with before, so we found another option and it will be delivered to them this week to get painted. Once thats done then the car will be assembled. I got sport seats for it recovered in burgundy leather with white stitching and a momo steering wheel. I also got 17 inch fuchs style wheels and some suspension upgrades. Hopefully it will be done within the next 30 days. Its been with Brent/Edredas for almost a year now.

 

Car has been prepped and is now being painted. Should have pics of the final product this week!

My vote is for the clear turn signals and clear side markers.

Where are you guys sourcing the clear side markers? I'd like a set for my black car (may even put a light tint on them too just so they blend into the fender a bit better).

In my case I think they go well with the pearl white. Car looks beautiful! Its getting 17 inch Fuchs style wheels as well. More pics to come!

There is another white turbo for sale in NY on FB....1986 and looks pearl to me? I think they're asking $15K.

For my black turbo car, my plan is to tint the clear lenses to have them blend in with the fender more. For my red S2 car I will keep the stock corners and blinkers (I think).
