Yes, it's Henk's engine. Just happened to run across photos of it on the dyno.

Hemi being so wide, the headers come off and dive straight down.

I'm guessing he's kidding about mostly stock and 400HP being used in the first post. The intake system looks pretty nice. But that's an impressive BMEP if even really achievable.
