Default Wideband options

Hi everyone,

I’m going to be ordering a wideband for my 951 and I just wanted to check in for opinions and advice from those who know. I can’t spend a a lot, so I’m looking at the Innovate MTXL plus and the AEM UEGO 30-4110NS. These are both offered by Lindsey Racing though I’m not sure that’s where I’ll order from. They both seem to offer what I’m looking for, which is just a simple and clear readout of my AF levels. The Innovate is a little cheaper but I’ve seen quite a few questionable reviews. Any thoughts? happy Holidays!

I've been using the innovate products for a long time with my stand alone setups. They are a fine product. I've also got a PLX unit, that has worked pretty well for years. As I am using megasquirt stuff, I usually shop through DIYautotune.com. I'm sure Lindsey would be fine as well, as they are a stand up shop.

Alright, thanks for the input. Anyone else?

Running AEM wideband for 6-7 months with no issues. Easy install after having the bung welded in place. Plenty of wire length. Wish the screen was a bit smaller to match my boost gauge but I can live with it. Ran the wires through the cruise control grommet.

Located in the a-pillar it may become obnoxious.

I have an older Innovate LC-1, it's just a digital readout, but it's great.

+1 for PLX. I have the older gen LSU 4.2 one but it works great and their DM-6 gauge is pretty cool.

My 2c. I had the AEM for awhile but found the button operation cumbersome and hard to use. Now have the Innovative.

I have been using the PLX with the Bosch LSU 4.9 sensor for 7 years and it has always worked well.
With that said I am not satisfied at all with PLX's miserable customer support. Not sure they provide any.

regardless of the brand make sure the gauge has a dedicated, clean power source and ground.
i chased weird readings with an AEM setup years ago, even sent the gauge back to be checked out.

gave it its own circuit, and it worked fine.

I use Zeitronix ZT2 with with dash display. Works great and setup so I can see boost, oiltemp, AFR and EGT at the same time.
