I assume all the blue points are all the data points?

If so, its kinda funny to see how you drive...
The only data points above 4500 rpm are at full boost, imagine that.

That thing spools faster than my itty bitty turbo.

I am interested in this turbo and I was wondering if you could start a run in 3rd gear just above 2000rpm so I could see what the boost curve will look like. It would be nice to see the same thing with a stage 3 turbo. Hopefully I will soon be able to show one for the stock 26/8.

You guys probably just pissed out on the group buy for the Link...

Raj, I went from 259HP before dyno, to 315 after dyno with Link Plus tuning. It was mostly in the timing and a little in the fuel. No knock, it runs closed look knock control. Ummmm yeah.

Davinder, 93% sounds way low. I maxed out at 99% for some time at lower boost levels producing 315RWHP.

Davinder, we should have a boost curve comp. My 60-1 vs your Vitesse both with Link 2...

Sorry to ask, but I don`t know
Whats Link 2 Stand Alone (fuel managment i assume)? Any place I can read more about it? Different than a piggyback/maf?

The curve was AMASING!!

Its a different world to a piggy back and MAF. A search will yeild some info. It odes not massage the signal like a piggy back. It replaces your whole DME and KLR boxes and chips. It does not work with a wire in your intake like the MAF, it works on manifold absolute pressure, much more exact for tuning IMO. To answer your question, fuel management system, I would say no. Its a light year ahead of just that in terms of its functions. Go to Performance Development talk to Neil or SuperJet.1 they will have som info.

Thanks guys, I thought it was too good so I really spent some time logging to make sure this turbo was spooling the way I thought is was. I must say, I am very happy with it.

Andrew 99%, I like it! Can't wait to see your 60-1 boost curve, I would bet money it isn't as quick as this, Prove me wrong buddy.......

Its funny, John says "The bad side, is that you must stay on top of it, when boost hits, it's there with plenty or torque.. So quick spool is great, but requires a much more responsible driver" I thought thats why I laid down my hard earned cash, to be irresponsible

Todd, I run only the stage II Vitesse turbo and a Link 2 engine management. Raj, like Andrew eluded to in his post, the Link 2 is a pretty well sorted stand alone, and will work a treat on a 968Ts, just like any god stand alone would. I like the way it maps fuel and ignition and it works great combined with a wideband. If you PM me, I would be glad to answer specifics.

This might be a dumb question, but when I read over the Link group buy list, I didn't see a MAP sensor included. If its not, what sensor do you buy? And did you just make a j-pipe yourself? Oh yeah, did the link2 ever have any of the off-idle problems that seemed to be the norm with the map kits that were sold? Or does the stand-alone make it easy to eliminate yourself?

Thanks,
Ben

Davinder, I will have a 60-1HIFI, 850cc injectors, a 38mm tial, new nippon denso soleniod for boost, cold air intake, ceramic coated everything, new IC pipes, and a catch can in probably 2 months. A few more hours on the dyno, then we will see!

You have about 10 MAP points in your car already you can take a reading from. A dedicated one is probable best though, like your existing KLR line. No stumble ever. Smoother than stock, seriously.

Ecellent! can't wait

Ben
Link has a MAP sensor built in, no stumbles at all with this system.
