I would do this in a heartbeat and get rid of my 3 liter turbo motor.

I thought it must be Sid for a moment there. Black sleeper 944 and all.
I saw a guy take off in a Tesla and it was the fastest acceleration I've ever seen....ever!!!!

I've driven a Tesla S and the instant acceleration is pretty amazing.

I'll take your 3L off your hands when you're done with it.

probably want to use alloy spares on the drive axle so they don't snap the spokes

Who said our 951’s were not suited for drag racing?
Seriously though, that 944 is a single purpose car and at 2450lbs it probably doesn’t even have a grocery getter range.

Nevertheless, electric cars are the future and fortunately with Tesla still in the lead (English subtitles available):

I still love my 951 for its looks, handling, ease of use and relatively simple technology.

Tesla is such an inspiration... leading the charge over the hundred year old establishment. About time!

To me, the Tesla EV drivetrain appears far simpler than our ICE cars. The sheer amount of parts just to get a proper mixture of gas & air combusting and oil from escaping is a mighty complicated --nevermind difficult to maintain-- mess. I can't wait for the day when 'overhaul' means 'change brushes' lol

It is nice driving prestigious nostalgia daily though

Absolutely the last thing I would do to my 951 or 968. Much more to life than going fast in a straight line over short distances. That abortion probably couldn't do a lap of the ring on a single charge. To each their own I guess.
