I'm thinking about it.
They need to realize that no date is gonna work for everyone and just pick one.
It seems they havent picked one yet, so it might just fall through.
edit: and hope this crappy weather gets better

I'll be at Laguna Feb.6th with Speedventures. Anyone want to join me? Maybe get a Pizza Run together for the day after, Jan. 7th??? Maybe I'll bring the kitty carrier along...

Hello All. I'm new to Rennlist, I live in San Jose, and I just picked up a 1989 951 to play with. I'm an avid motorcyclist who has been riding up in the Los Altos Hills since the early 90s so I know quite a few of the main roads and some of the back roads. I haven't done much sport driving since ~98 when I had a 93 RX-7 but I'm trying to get back into sport driving (had a nasty bike accident last year which left me with lots of new titanium bits) while I rehabilitate myself.
Please let me know if these runs are open to all or by invitation only.
Thanks!
Aleks

Welcome Aleks!!! Check out pictures and diaries of the past NorCal Pizza Runs on my 951 RacerX website. One of my favorite runs when I lived in Saratoga was to run up and down Hwy.9 and Skyline.
One the other hand, I've been fighting my excessively high oil-pressure (6-bar+) this past week. Bought the Baum oil-filter housing centering tool. No go.. Upgraded to the 1-piece oil-pressure relief valve for '86 cars, no go. Someone mentioned a different oil-filter and I actually found a Mobil-1 oil-filter at Kragen's (bonus : Oil Filter Study).
Long story short, I won't be able to make it to Laguna on Friday or to a meet on Sat.
Sorry, catch you guys next time..

Yeah welcome Aleks...
I've been waiting for about a year for one of the bay area meets to pan out....
No luck so far.
Its always good to see another 944 lover around here.
I'd recommend the autox's up at candlestick if you have a free weekend anytime. Not much seat time (relative to the track) but you get to hang around, meet some great people, and drive a bit.
