Someone mentioned sending out some e-mails, so I've been waiting to hear a few more responses...
I'd like to know who's in and what part of the Bay Area you live, so we can pick a gathering point.
i.e. Do you live in the South Bay, East, North, Peninsula, San Francisco?
Let me know and we can come up with a meeting point. Then I'll throw out few ideas about route, starting time and location, etc...
Otherwise I can just come up with a location, time and route on my own and make it happen...
I’ve ideas ranging from, an escape from the wife / kids / home / girlfriend for a few hours to; making a day of it, bring the significant other (or not), wine taste and or lunch. ...With just about every other possibility in between.
P.S. If someone else wishes to take charge, please feel free to do so, I simply want to get together with some 951's, live vicariously through you guys while my car is in pieces
and take a nice drive.

I agree with Doc. The earlier the better. Meet @9:00am.
Doc, Theres several of us in the South Bay. Ben, Dimitry, Gene, Bill (Gilroy). Maybe we can start out and meet in the Sout Bay and head north.

OK, 9:00am- Sunnyvale it is. (Can we get an address or intersection?)
I'm thinking 1 of 2 options:
1) Ride out Hwy 9 (up over Skyline) to Hwy 1 and head north from there as far as we feel. Those who need to head back early can do so whenever.
2) Head straight up to the north bay. (via 280 most likely)
Just so I can get an idea, can each of you post what time you'ld like to be back. (this will help me plan the route)

Alright, this is coming together! Meeting place is the Union-76 gas-station on the corner of Big Basin Way, Saratoga, Saratoga-LosGatos, and Saratoga-Sunnyvale. Here's a map of the meeting location:

Looks like some wet fun. I'm going to tryand get my tires replaced on Saturday and make it there Sunday if possible. Then again, the ex-wife wants me to run out to Reno with her on Saturday to check out some properties. I thought once she was my EX-wife, we wouldn't be hanging out so much! Sheesh!
